If your subscription does not appear active, start by restoring the purchase.
Check these items
- Confirm you are using the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
- Open Savor and go to Settings.
- Tap your subscription status (shown as Free) to open the plan screen, then tap Restore.
- Restart Savor if the status does not update.
If the issue continues, contact support and include the purchase date if available.
