If your subscription does not appear active, start by restoring the purchase.

Check these items

  1. Confirm you are using the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
  2. Open Savor and go to Settings.
  3. Tap your subscription status (shown as Free) to open the plan screen, then tap Restore.
  4. Restart Savor if the status does not update.

If the issue continues, contact support and include the purchase date if available.
