Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Savor - Recipe Keeper, operated by Oleksandr Shekhovtsov, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Section 02
Use of Service
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app.
Allowed use
- Use Savor for personal recipe management and cooking.
- Respect intellectual property and content creators.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer app features.
- Maintain security of your account and device.
Section 03
Subscriptions and Payments
Savor offers premium features through subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via the App Store.

Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
Trials and promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the App Store purchase sheet will show the offer terms before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews as shown in the purchase sheet.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Section 04
AI-Powered Features
Savor uses Artificial Intelligence for recipe detection and organization. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for informational purposes only.
AI-detected recipes may contain errors or inconsistencies. Please review ingredient quantities, measurements, cooking times, temperatures, allergen information, dietary restrictions, safety instructions, and warnings carefully.
Always use your personal judgment and consult professional sources for dietary concerns.
Section 05
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Savor, including recipes, photos, and notes.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure you have the right to use any recipes or content you add to Savor.
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights of recipe creators.
- Use imported recipes and saved source content for your personal recipe management unless you have permission to use them otherwise.
- Do not share recipes that contain harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
- Do not use Savor to store or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
License to us
By storing content in Savor, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
Privacy
Your recipe library is stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to use optional AI-powered or import features, selected content you provide may be processed by service providers solely to perform that request. We do not use your recipe content for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Section 06
Intellectual Property
Savor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oleksandr Shekhovtsov and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
Section 07
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Savor for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Use automated systems to access the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Collect or harvest information about other users.

Disclaimers
Savor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
- Recipe information detected by AI will be complete or error-free.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Section 09
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleksandr Shekhovtsov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service.
- Any errors or omissions in content or AI-generated recipes.
- Any content obtained through the Service.
Section 10
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Savor immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel any active subscriptions.
Section 11
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
- Posting a notice in the app.
- Providing at least 30 days notice before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 12
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable consumer protection laws and do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
