Section 01

Overview

Savor respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright notices.

Section 02

Scope

Savor helps users save recipe information for personal use. User recipe libraries are private and stored locally on the user's device by default; Savor does not publish user recipes or make them available to other users.

If you believe content available through a Savor-operated website, help page, app listing, or other Savor-controlled surface is infringing, send a clear notice with enough detail for review.

Before submitting

Confirm the material is available through a Savor-controlled surface and provide enough identifying information for review. Savor generally cannot access or remove private recipe content stored only on a user's device.

Our Response

We may remove or restrict access to disputed material when appropriate and may contact the affected user for more information.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Submit notices only in good faith.

Section 05

If your counter-notice is valid, we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the original claimant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to keep the material down.

Section 06

Savor may limit or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or submit abusive copyright notices.
